Beautiful Bemus Bay condominium with Chautauqua Lake access and views

  • Enjoy a stay in our luxurious first-floor condo in the heart of Bemus Point, which offers shops, restaurants, boating, golf, and playgrounds just a stone's throw from your doorstep. This three bedroom, two bath condo is fully equipped and is a wonderful spot for a vacation. Sleeps six people. Enjoy a spacious kitchen with maple cabinetry and granite countertops, bedrooms with walk-in closets, two porches, and much more. Comes with a private dock space. We are only 10 minutes from the Chautauqua Institution. We are also 30 min. from the Peek n Peak ski area and 45 min. from the Holiday Valley ski area. We only accept weekly renters due to condo restrictions. We look forward to welcoming you!

Very clean condo located in the heart of beautiful Bemus Point! The condo is walking distrance to everything Bemus has to offer including restaurants, boating, golf and much more. Located on the first floor so you walk out the patio right to the pool and our kids spent a lot of time in there as it was so hot. Very spacious as well, we are a family of 5 and had plenty of room and it came with a garage so we had two offstreet parking spots. Very happy with our stay overall.
