A seamless blend of nature with effortless luxury, this two-level, 2,125 sq. ft. residence can sleep up to 6 guests with its 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own full ensuite bath. Thoughtful interiors embrace modern Pacific Northwest design and bring the outdoors in with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide natural light and showcase the Ponderosa pines surrounding the home. You’ll find an expansive great room with a gas fireplace for entertaining, a dining area and open chef’s kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and high-end finishes. Two patios offer extensive outdoor living space, with a dining area and a full-size hot tub overlooking protected woodlands. Part of Caldera Springs’ adventure-filled expansion, Forestbrook vacation homes are just moments from exclusive amenities, including the Lake House and Quarry Pool, Caldera Links golf course, community parks, tennis and pickleball courts, and an abundance of lakes, streams and trails. Additional details of this home include: • Great room featuring vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, 55” 4K TV and media player • Upscale chef's kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel JennAir appliances • Expansive dining room table that can seat up to 6 guests • Primary king suite with TV and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and water closet • Additional king suite on main level with TV and ensuite bathroom • Additional suite upstairs with a bunk bed, TV and ensuite bathroom • Guest half-bathroom on the main level • Large outdoor patio featuring living and dining area and gas firepit • Separate patio with full-size hot tub • Pack N Play and Bassinette • Laundry room with washer and dryer • No Garage Access. Two parking spaces available in the driveway Caldera Springs is a growing community and there are a number of new homes under construction. Daily working hours for all construction sites are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM PT and Saturday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST. Construction is prohibited on Sundays.
