For guests visiting this home with an EV, there is a Level 2 Charging station in the garage! You’ll love the safe cul-de-sac this home is located on. Easy access to over 35+ miles of paved bike paths in Sunriver which are located right behind this home. If you’re into a little friendly competition, the Northside tennis courts are also located at the end of this cul-de-sac. When you arrive at 3 Splitrock, the stone steps lead you to the welcoming front deck. You’ll enjoy the convenience of the keyless entry that rolls out before your very eyes immediately introducing you to the cozy living room and sweeping toward the dining and kitchen area.
