At the start of our stay the neighbors who we said hello to as we walked in told us they arent happy when they see girls reunions show up at the house. Red flag#1 We are in our 40s and not ones to party. Midway thru the trip, we got a note from Dan at Arrived saying that we had been loud while using the hot tub and that we weren't allowed to be in it after 10pm and to be "relatively quiet at all other times" as well. I reviewed the Vrbo and the paperwork posted in the house. None of which referenced a 10pm curfew. Any fond feelings we had about the property were gone after Dans text. The house is beautiful, comfortable and well-equipped. Aside from only having very basic spices to cook with, we had everything we needed to prepare a few meals. Fresh ground coffee, a coffee grinder and a drip pot made it easy to relax with a cup in the beautiful backyard in the mornings. And the hot tub was very nice in the cool evenings to relax and unwind from the day's activities. The house is located in a quiet, well manicured neighborhood, and a short 5-10 min drive to downtown and Old Mill. The house was impeccably clean, and the backyard was perfect for our labs to run around while we enjoyed a hot tub soak. We needed a break and this house provided a nice sanctuary. Definitely a keeper.
