Staff was friendly and helpful, parking was easy and convenient. Dog friendly. We forgot our dog bowls, they had extra and a dog sheet to use. Pool was clean. Rooms looked modern with nice shelves and hooks for outdoor gear. My wife wished they had hooks to dry bathing suits in the walk in shower, that was the only thing we thought would be useful for outdoor people. Downtown Bend was only a 3 minute drive. There is a restaurant basically in the parking lot, black bear, it wasn't that great, in our opinion. Id make the trip to Downtown for better options. Overall we really liked our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to book them again.

We had a good stay at waypoint hotel. Room was clean , bed was comfortable. We didn’t run into any problems upon our stay . The pet are was a plus , like that there was a big grass area for my doggy! Definitely recommended this place .

This hotel is a two star hotel. The beds are old and hard spring beds, the air conditoning is window unit that kept shutting off after a few minutes. The second floor balcony is sloping 20 degrees and feels unsafe . You cant put new paint on an old run down hotel and call it renovated. No breakfast provided except bad coffee. The worse hotel value I have ever stayed at . Beware if you are looking for a three or four star hotel. Its old and run down .

Very comfortable for 3 nights for a family of 5. We got the family suite and had lots of space. The pool is warm and clean, outdoor sitting area is lovely. Easy walk to downtown. Easy parking (with bikes too). Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice updated hotel with nice amenities. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Very clean. The area in and around the hotel parking lot and the general neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. Convenient location for driving to restaurants and pubs. Needed to borrow a fan from the hotel staff because although the AC was working it was positioned under the counter in the bathroom area so it was not ideal for airflow. In their defense, it was a very hot day and night in Bend. I would highly recommend this hotel.
