The room was rather small. Lights had to be operated by room key/card. TV was not operating. No electric outlet in bathroom. Bedside lamps were very low wattage. On the positive side- there was an elevator, complimentary continental breakfast, great location for walking to restaurants & shops

The room was spacious and beds were comfy. Everywhere was clean and smelt fresh. There was a problem with the shower. Lots of water escaped down the hose resulting in lack of water coming out of the shower head. The water alternated between boiling and freezing, making showering difficult. Other than this, I'd have liked to be able to turn down the room thermostat as it was far too hot. The kitchen was lovely and a selection of breakfast food available to help yourself to.

The room was clean. The breakfast was simply superb.

The room and bathroom were spotless, and the amenities (tea and biscuits) were good. The hotel's location was ideal, though very busy and a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday nights. Overall, an excellent value, and we were able to prepay for discounted breakfasts.

What an absolute joyous experience! Colleen met us upon arrival and showed us around their wonderful place! It felt a bit like the Shire, really! Comfy little abodes and unusual structures. The yurt we stayed in was lovely and large. With wood heat we stayed very warm even on frosty nights! We had a camp fire and nice kitchen facilities. But the best part was all the critters!! There is a pig and ponies and a duck. My kids particularly enjoyed the kitty, "Tiger" who spent our nights snuggled up in out yurt! HIGHLY recommend this wonderful, out of the fast paced world little spot! CHEERS, to the beautiful Colleen!
