Our card would not open the door for us so my niece went down to reception to find out why it didn’t work. In the meantime I was kindly let in by the cleaner, I am 71 yrs old and I think she felt sorry for.p me. The key still didn’t work so we had no electricity. Avec ma fille, nous avons passé une belle semaine. 3 fausses notes cependant : 1/les jus de fruits en poudre au petit-déjeuner buffet 2/ l'attitude de beaucoup de clients qui reservent les transats autour de la piscine en déposant leurs serviettes alors qu'il est clairement indiqué par la direction que c'est interdit ! 3/ les bavardages le matin de certaines femmes de menages dans les couloirs pendant que des clients dorment et des clients qui mettent leur télévision tres très fort hélas. ##### Fota 2023 年 8 月入住 7 晚 ### 2/10 糟糕 #### Sonia María 与配偶出行 2023 年 8 月 23 日 不满意：清洁度、服务设施、住宿条件和设施 La habitación no está mal pero la limpieza brilla por su ausencia y no culpo a las chicas que demasiado hacen con la carga de trabajo a la que se les somete, el ruido de la calle no deja dormir; el parking te dicen que está en otro edificio a 300 m. cuando ya lo has pagado; la comida horrible y poca variedad, en el comedor no hay mesas reservadas para personas con movilidad reducida cuando por el contrario en todos los hoteles que he estado y han sido muchísimos las había; la piscina por su dimensión más bien parece para niños; los extranjeros hacen cola a la puerta de la piscina para coger hamacas que muchas te encuentras varias horas con las toallas puestas sin estar allí; las actuaciones están pensadas para el publico extranjero, los españoles preferimos más diversidad tanto en actuaciones como en repertorio porque son soporíferas. Lo único bueno, algunos/as camareros/eras y los cocktails que sí están buenos. Noisy streets all around - this is Benidorm. Chefs need thanking because food was excellent. But have to say, a lot of food wastage. Shower in room was temperamental in temperature so hot then cold quite a lot. Very comfy beds. Good english basic channels on tv. Pool nice and clean. During mealtime, one particular staff member was quite huff and puffy - not happy to work there (short blonde hair). During tea, had to pay for water which we felt wasn’t quite right. Good evening entertainment. Quiet enough rooms but we were on 7th floor. Good location - beach 5 min walk away. Good bars nearby. Had to wait a while for the elevators as only two. If we were to stay in benidorm again, we would choose old town BUT if new town, wed come to hotel riudor. Love the knowledge of no kids. We had a lovely stay at the Riudor from entering the hotel to handing in our key card at the end. The staff were very friendly, helpful and answered all our questions. The girls in the restaurant cleaned everything away as soon as we were finish, the food we only had breakfast but good choice.
