Ana - modern villa with splendid views in Benissa

Ana is a comfortable and elegant villa located on a hill 3 km from Advocat Beach, between Moraira and Calpe. Calpe is a perfect family spot with wide beaches, shops, and restaurants, while Moraira offers a sophisticated atmosphere with more intimate beaches, coves, shops, and restaurants. The villa's exquisite location makes it easy to spend time in both places.
The advantageous elevated position provides beautiful views of the landscape and the coast from its balcony and covered terrace, while a spacious terrace, barbecue area, and sun loungers surround the large private pool. The covered barbecue is equipped with a bar, perfect for enjoying cooler evenings.
From the parking lot, exterior stairs lead down to the pool terrace, and other exterior stairs lead up to the interior of the house, located exclusively on the upper level, all on one level. We enter through a glass-enclosed terrace that illuminates the living room with light and life. This is accompanied by a balcony on its side, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning. Inside, we find a spacious living and dining room with satellite TV and Wi-Fi, and central heating to make you feel at home both summer and winter.
A fully equipped kitchen follows, along with three bedrooms, all with air conditioning and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms with two single beds each share a bathroom, and another double bedroom with an en-suite shower.
This wonderfully intimate villa is perfect for both families and couples.

Muy buen alojamiento, bien equipado y nada anticuado. Una pega pero tampoco importante es la barbacoa, la parrilla inferior tiene los huecos demasiado grandes lo que dificulta poner el carbon sin que se caiga a la cubeta de ceniza. Por lo demás todo perfecto.Los muebles son bastante nuevos igual que la cocina y el televisor. Casi no hay cobertura movil lo que en mi caso casi fue una bendicion
