It is only 4 km from the center of Moraira and the main beaches in the area, where you will find a wide variety of bars and restaurants, water sports and tourist attractions to visit. The house offers a spacious terrace around the private pool, with sun loungers and a barbecue area located at the back of the villa, all surrounded by a beautiful garden. From the pool area we access the house via some steps, to a small balcony and then, all on one level, we find a glazed terrace with a dining table and views of the pool, which leads to the spacious living room with TV and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The living room leads to the 2 bedrooms, both with A/C, where we find a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, another bedroom with two single beds and a WC, where the washing machine is also located.
