L'accueil et l'écoute du personnel p: parfait Quant a la chambre située dans l'annexe déçu par ses dimensions. D'autre part = la salle d'eau : miroir placé sur le mur perpendiculaire au lavabo donc difficile de se raser car face a celui-ci la cuvette des wc, aucun suport dans la douche pour l'essentiel de toilette et sauf erreur défaut de VMC car le sol reste humide. TRES DECU cette chambre ne correspond aux critères que l'ont attend dans un établissement de cette categorie

Globalement décevant

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et malheureusement, l’expérience a été globalement décevante. la décoration a été refaite avec soin, ce qui donne une bonne première impression. Mais plusieurs points essentiels laissent vraiment à désirer. Tout d’abord, le stationnement, peu de places disponibles et les box situés sous l’hôtel sont extrêmement humides, mauvaises odeurs et une hauteur sous plafond très basse. Mon véhicule ne passait tout simplement pas. Ensuite, l’absence de climatisation dans les chambres est une problématique, surtout en plein été… Notre chambre, située au 3ᵉ étage, sous la toiture, était mal isolée thermiquement. Pour tenter de la rafraîchir un peu ,nous avons dû ouvrir les fenêtres… ce qui s’est avéré impossible côté rue tant le bruit des voitures, motos et mobylettes était incessant, y compris la nuit. Résultat : très mal dormi. Malgré nos demandes, pas de possibilité de changer de chambre, tout était réservé… Nous étions venus pour nous reposer, nous sommes repartis plus fatigués. Côté ménage, là aussi, le strict minimum est fait : le lit est refait, mais la salle de bain n’était pas nettoyée, ce qui est pourtant une prestation de base.nous avons même retrouvé une serviette de toilette usagée derrière la porte de la salle de bain à notre arrivée, ce qui pose des questions sur le soin apporté à l’entretien des chambres. Le petit déjeuner est correct, sans plus. Rien d’exceptionnel…

Hôtel entièrement rénové et de belle manière. Sans doute un des futurs hôtel à succès sur Benodet, très bon rapport qualité/prix, espérons que cela continue.

Personnels accueillants. Quand je demande 1 chambre au 1er,car mon mari a des problèmes pour monter les marches et que l'ascenseur est en panne, on me repond que l'hôtel est complet alors qu1 chambre au rez de chaussée a été proposé aux personnes arrivées apres nous, cela nest pas tres sympa. On pensait profiter de la piscine couverte malheureusement elle était en maintenance et nous l'avons appris par d'autres vacanciers, encore 1 fois pas très sympa. Nous avons séjourné dans des hotels 2 étoiles bien mieux tenus.

Nous éviterons à l'avenir.

ce n'est pas le prix d'une nuitée dans un palace. On peut donc s'attendre à des prestations en rapport du prix. la chambre était propre, le personnel souriant. Le parking n'est pas suffisant mais les places de parking à l'extérieur sont nombreuses et il suffit de marcher.Par contre, une odeur nauséabonde dans la chambre 50. (Pb de canalisation d'égout, odeur de moisi, je ne sais pas mais la météo clémente nous a permis de dormir fenêtre ouverte. ensuite c'est l'insonorisation qui est inexistante: vous entendez les détails de la vie de vos voisins. Nous ne renouvellerons pas.

Hotel plutôt de style traditionnel (logis de France) dans lequel on est très bien accueilli. La chambre et la SdB sont confortables, propres et bien entretenues.
