Welcome to the Mid-Town Tower! Walk, drive or pedal MINUTES down the road to experience everything Bentonville has to offer.

Located in the heart of Downtown Bentonville, our home is within ONE mile of The Bentonville Square, The Momentary, the Razorback Greenway and more! And if you're looking to hit NWA's HUNDREDS of miles MTB trails, head just a couple miles up the road.

The Space:
At home, enjoy luxury amenities and plenty of living space for up to eight people. After a long day out in NWA, relax on the couch for a good movie, whip up a meal in our fully-stocked kitchen or unwind around our backyard fire pit.

The Space:

When you arrive at our home, you'll enter into the ground floor living area through our one-car garage. Here, you'll find one of our Queen bedrooms, a bathroom and a door leading out to our lower patio.

Head up the stairs and you'll enter into our kitchen, dining room and main living space. Immediately at the top of the stairs, you'll see our 6-top dining table and to the right, you'll see our fully-stocked kitchen. In the center, sits our gorgeous granite island with four barstools. In the kitchen, you'll have access to amenities such as a Keurig, high-end appliances and plenty of built-in storage. You'll also find a door leading out to our second floor balcony. 

Take a right and you'll enter into our main living space. Here, you'll find a cozy gray couch, gray lounge chair, leather lounge chair and 60-inch Samsung Smart TV. In the entertainment center under the TV, you'll have access to games like Uno, Yahtzee, Catan, Jenga, Scrabble, Dominos and Checkers. And in the bank of windows on the far side of the living room, you'll find our pièce de résistance - the shuffleboard table! 


Up the second set of stairs, on our third floor, you'll have access to a secondary living space. Here, you'll find a gray couch and 50-inch Samsung Smart TV.


When it's time to turn in for the night, settle into one of our four luxury beds. On the third floor, (1) our first Primary bedroom has a King-size bed, large walk-in closet, desk area, private balcony and en suite bathroom. (2) Our second Primary bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet and en suite bathroom. On the ground floor, (3) our third bedroom has a Queen-size bed, large walk-in closet, desk area and en suite bath. Back on the third floor (4) our Full-size pullout couch can be found in the secondary living space.

Outside, you'll have access to three outdoor living spaces. On the ground floor, you'll find a fenced-in patio area, which has two lounge chairs, four adirondack chairs and a fire pit. On the second floor, you'll see two lounge chairs and a BBQ grill. And finally, on the third floor, our third seating area can be accessed through the first Primary bedroom.

If you're looking to experience Bentonville like a local, venture just 0.5 miles outside the front door! The Bentonville Square, The Momentary, the Razorback Greenway and restaurants like The Station, Pressroom, The Meteor and Blu are just STEPS away.

Guest Access:
Guest Access and Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.

House Rules Strictly Enforced:
Parties that result in disturbances, property damage, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1000.
Pets discovered at the property without prior notice will incur a fine of $400. There is a 3-pet maximum.
Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
