When finding I was to be in this area, I immediately booked this hotel, knowing I would not be disappointed and that my girlfriend with me would be most impressed, and she was. We are planning another trip around a stay in this hotel in August. We loved both the bar and restaurant, your staff, and particularly Lexington in the restaurant. He was so very personable and accommodating!

Left an expensive shirt in the closet. Still in the dry cleaning bag. Called within thirty minutes of leaving. I checked out at 8 a.m. No sign of the shirt from house keeping. I’m actually not too upset about that. I’m more upset about the lack of customer service and Denise in security.. I’ve never experienced more attitude from someone in the service industry.. A lot of money for poor customer service and o whole lot of attitude Btw.. the cold water faucet in 247 doesn’t work
