“Had a peaceful stay at the Sandrati Villa. Jason (the property manager) was delightful and consistently available with questions. We were allowed to check in early allowing us to visit Princess Margaret beach and Belmont beach sooner! The villa does look like the photos but it is a little worn in real life. The main living room, dining and kitchen does not have AC but you can open the foldable/sliding doors to obtain a natural breeze. The AC units are only in the bedrooms. Thank goodness for AC!……

“The hotel was okay overall, but there were several issues that affected my stay. There were a lot of ants in the room, and the shower water ran onto the bathroom floor. Also, the hotel has a strict policy against having more than one guest use the bathroom, which resulted in my cousins being turned away. This was very inconvenient and disappointing. There is definitely room for improvement in cleanliness, bathroom maintenance, and guest hospitality.”
