"Staff was great. So kind and helpful in lining up parking. Check-in was a bit cumbersome as hotel isn't staffed after 3 pm on Wednesdays. Hotel is in a great location. Beds could be improved for comfortable. "

"Beautiful room, great location, comfortable bed. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is because the property controls the room temperature. The AC works but will not allow the temp to go below a hotel set temp. NOT OKAY! I paid for the room and I should be able to decide room temperature. It was too warm at night for both my wife and me. Won't stay here again unless they change this policy."

"Very friendly and helpful staff at check in.Always approachable and staff very welcoming at breakfast time.Nothing was a problem.We had an early check out and breakfast box’s were provided and a taxi booked to take us back to the airport approx €26.Room was clean and serviced every day.No hotel bar, but fridges with cold drinks available to purchase, and reasonably priced.We had a ground floor room 122 and no noise from the road or nearby station."

"Superb 1 night stay. Room was very spacious and spotlessly clean throughout, kitchenette was great (with bottles of still and sparkling water provided) and the bathroom was lovely with the best shower (great pressure and spacious). Would definitely stay here again if we return! "

"The contactless check in so easy. The area is good with a few restaurants nearby. It took us 20 minutes to walk to the Funicular to take you up to Citta Alta. 2 wee croissants and 2 wee rolls left in a basket outside my door in the morning along with milk, water, butter and cheese left in the fridge is a really nice touch. Kettle and a coffee maker in the room too. There was a bit of a 'drain' smell when we came back into thr room in the evening. And the room is a bit noisy. From outside and from other guests."
