“All was very good with this guesthouse. It was well appointed with the expected supplies of soap and shampoo and as a bonus there was some olive oil and balsamic vinegar which I appreciated. “11/10. Could not be more pleased with our experience, particularly the graciousness of the staff (Franco, Gian-Luigi, and Svetlana (hopefully the correct name!). They went above and beyond for us and our 2 year old. The location just on the edge of Citta Alta was also extremely convenient, in additions to be steps away from the funicular to San Vigilio. The personal touch of the staff makes Le Funi a *must stay* for all travelers, and certainly for families.”

"Hello, the room was generally clean. However, the handle for the shower head in the bathroom appeared to have damaged or peeling paint, which caused a small cut on my hand. We hope this can be checked, and that the next guest and cleaning staff can be careful. Also, the air conditioning system could not be adjusted to produce cool air, which made the room feel quite stuffy and uncomfortable. Please look into this. Thank you."
