Berlin Stay
The apartment is compact, but functional. The balcony is great with lovely views. Our hosts were very helpful and friendly and the apartment is located in a beautiful part of Berlin. It is within walking distance of all amenities including Mexicoplatz train station. Thanks for a great stay.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung, mit einer guten Anbindung zu Berlin Zentrum und Potsdam. Mexikoplatz ist ein schöner Bahnhof mit kleinen Lädchen, wo man alles kaufen kann was man braucht. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Ein für uns passendes kleines, aber vollständig eingerichtetes Penthouseappartment. Liegt mitten im Grünen und ist trotz S-Bahn-Nähe absolut ruhig. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Schönes Appartement in guter Lage
Wir werden sehr freundlich empfangen durch den Gastgeber. Das Appartement befindet sich in einer ruhigen Strasse aber nah an der Strassenbahn, nur wenige Minuten vom Wannsee. Es gab Bäcker auf ein paar Minuten, den Supermarkt war ein bisschen weiter. Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet, alles Nötige war da, damit wir morgens ruhig frühstücken könnten. Vielen Dank und vielleicht bis zum nächsten Mal!

Top ruhige Lage, gut genutzte 30qm
Alles in Ordnung, 2min zu Fuß zur S-Bahn, schöne Dachterrasse mit Blick ins Grüne. Insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet, überdurchschnittlich viele Verbrauchsmaterialien vorhanden. Duschen in der Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang war gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber gut machbar. Öffentliche Parkplätze an der Straße vor dem Haus waren immer frei. Netter Gastgeber.

Wirklich schöne Wohnung.
Eine schöne Wohnung und gerne kommen wir wieder. Das betreten des Hauses entlockt einem erst mal ein nachdenkliches HMMM... beim betreten der Wohnung kommt ein anerkennendes Lächeln. Der erste Eindruck ist wirklich klasse. Alles was.an braucht. Intelligent gelöst mit tollen Ideen. Der zweite Blick offenbart dann das noch Luft nach oben wäre. Allerdings muss ich gestehen das es eher jammern auf höherem Niveau ist. Ja, Handwerklich könnte einiges schöner sein aber wen stört das bei ein paar Tagen Aufenthalt denn wirklich? Aber im Badezimmer gibt es dann doch den einen oder anderen Punkt. Eine tolle Sache wäre zumindest ein Duschvorhang, denn so ganz ohne ist es eher anstrengend. Das Waschbecken sollte ganz sein und auch die defekte Fliese an der Badewanne sind nicht so schön. Nochmal.... eine schöne Wohnung in toller Lage und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Agréable studio 2 pièces en hauteur avec terrasse
Le grand studio est confortable et bien situé près du métro. Il est au 2ème étage dans les arbres et en été on peut profiter d'une terrasse. L'accueil a été facile et agréable.

Wohnen über den Dächern von Zehlendorf
Wir waren in dem kleineren der beiden Objekte (30m²-Appartement). Gute Raumaufteilung, alles Wesentliche vorhanden, großes Fenster mit Blick "ins Grüne", Balkon, ruhige, zentrale Lage (S-Bahn Mexikoplatz) in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. (Hier gibt's auch Bäcker, Restaurants, Post, und am Samstag einen wunderschöner Markt.) Einchecken verlief einwandfrei, sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieterin.

Prima Ausgangspunkt
Schöne Lage, mit S-Bahnverbindung in einem bevorzugten Wohngebiet nahe Mexikoplatz. Der Schlachtensee ist fussläufig erreichbar. Auch zum Wannsee und nach Potsdam ist es nicht sehr weit. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man in den Ferien benötigt. Besonders schön ist die tolle umläufige Terrasse. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. War ein schöner Urlaub und das Wetter hat auch einigermaßen mitgespielt. Empfehlenswert!

Schöne Wohnung in idealer Lage
Schöne, kleine Wohnung ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt braucht und einem tollen Balkon - im Grünen, aber nur wenige Gehminuten von der S-Bahnstation entfernt . Lage sowohl für Ausflüge in Berlin wie nach Potsdam optimal - ausserdem diverse Seen (Schlachtensee, Krumme Lanke, Wannsee) und der Grunewald um die Ecke. Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit - einfach top!
