Our room was not cleaned for two days and only after making a specific request for same. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The eggs were tasteless and other offerings were minimal. The orange juice was very good though.
This was our first visit to Hampton Inn, we normally stay at Holiday Inn Express.
Very disappointed.
One bright spot was the evening desk staff. The lady was very welcoming and helpful. If not for her our visit would have been disastrous.
