"We were in Chico to pack up my daughter and loved how close the house is to the CSUChico. Very spacious with an outdoor seating area in the back. Annie was there cleaning leaves that had fallen to make sure we could enjoy the back yard which we did with a glass of wine. Very responsive to a few questions we had. Loved the little extras like the snacks and the ice cream coupons. We have three years left to visit the area and will definately stay again."

Ashley was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to the few questions we had leading up to and after arrival. Only two small things-couch is not comfy and the house is slanty. Kind of adds to the charm but is a little disorienting. Host was supper accommodating. Great stay overall."
