• Rates are calculated for 5 beds and up to 12 people; any additional individuals or the utilisation of split kings or single beds require approval and extra charges apply. All roll-out beds are kept off site and must be booked in and paid for prior to your stay.

• The adjoining commercial space to the cottage is accessible upon request and extra charges apply.

• Strictly no pets without prior approval and fees apply (approved pets are only allowed outside).
