### Country house in Besson with authentic charm

Jocelyne welcomes you to her gîte, "Eugénie," adjoining her main house and ideally located in the heart of the village. It's the perfect place for a family or group of friends to get together and enjoy the countryside.  
  
Ground floor: Step through the front door and discover the living room with a dining area where you can enjoy the wood-burning stove in season, the charm of the fully equipped kitchen with its exposed timber-framed wall, the Romantic bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), the Country bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and an authentic cot. There is also a shower room (walk-in shower and toilet).  
  
Upstairs: Take the slightly steep period staircase and enjoy the fitness room. The Zen bedroom, with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 190 cm), invites you to relax. A bathroom (walk-in shower and toilet).  
Explore the surrounding countryside on foot or by bike. Local shops and a traditional restaurant are available nearby. Contact the owner for more information. The National Center of Stage Costume is 15 km away. A washing machine and dryer are available in an outbuilding upon request to the owner. This is a non-smoking property.  
  
The best part? Relax, everything is included. Towels, tea towels, and bed linen are provided, and beds are made upon arrival. End-of-stay cleaning is included. Electricity, heating, and firewood are also included.
