"We had a larger group who was celebrating a college graduation close so we decided to go VRBO as opposed to hotel rooms. Heather is great, very quick on responses, and you can tell from her correspondence she cared about our stay. You can tell that the property has had significant investment and remodeling. It had all of the expected dining and cooking supplies,and of good quality. The reality is though that the house is older, which did mean we were welcomed with a very strong musty odor...

"The house was drafty, the front upstairs bedroom had NO heat going to it, there is no insulation so the floors are freezing and the laundry was in the dungeon of a basement. The leaky toilet was obvious since there was blue on the toilet and floor & there was no hot water for showers. "Stayed with my mother and sister for a girls getaway. It was nice and quiet, in a nice area. Had fun playing games with the family. The shower was too difficult for my mom to use, as she doesn’t get around like she used to. She couldn’t climb over the tub sides and the floor wasn’t flat, so when wet, she had the risk of falling. It was fine for my sister and I. The kitchen floor, I know might actually be original, which is very cool, but it was a bit sticky."

"Would love to give a 5 star but have to be honest in my review. The property at the time of my visit had a huge ant problem in both the bathroom and kitchen. I pointed this out directly on the “owners” feedback page but no response or acknowledgment. Other than that it’s a great convenient location. As per other reviews the walls are thin here so no matter how quiet people try to be upstairs you will hear everything. Just hope you and the other occupants are on the same schedule. "
