“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

“The location is great. The breakfast and breakfast staff are fantastic! The balcony is mostly inaccessible and a big disappointment. When you are booking they do not make it clear that there are a lot of disclaimers and restrictions with regard to accessing the balcony. The pictures of the balcony and its view were a big reason why I paid extra for this hotel. But because of the limited hours it is open to visitors, I never got to even use it. “Conveniently located for our needs. Unfortunately, the bathroom was small, and we could not get the humidity out of the room. Our clothes were a little damp when we left. We did not use any of the hotel amenities as our room was by the exit, and we had a busy weekend. The room was fairly clean. Some of the corners of the room are 'scary', and need a shop vac. For the price it was ok.”
