“21C was the hotel to stay in Cincinnati, but not anymore. Our room was so stuffy and smelled like it had not been slept in for weeks. The hallways were humid and sticky. The artwork in the room appeared worn out.
The shower/tub floor was very slippery.
You could barely see out of the windows because the windows were so dirty. There was no refrigerator/bar refrigerator in the room. And a room service was not available after 10 pm

“We had booked 2 separate suites but they ran out or didn’t have them clean so they ‘upgraded’ us to one 2 bedroom unit. The counter had rice on it and had dried food on it.
