"Overall the stay was ok, the room was a good size for our family and breakfast was nice. However the hotel was a little run down and the pool and hot tub were cold. We didn't have a very enjoyable evening meal experience either as the staff made hard work of the ordering process and complicated it through having to order some bits from the bar and then waiting to order other bits from the restaurant menu. When i asked the main manager on duty what the food was like and what she recommended in the restaurant i was told i wouldn't know I've never eaten here so how would i know what its like. Great! Not impressed. "

"The hotel is perfectly positioned for visiting Beverley. The staff are so accommodating, especially the lady who checked us in on Saturday afternoon. She helped us with parking and also took us to our room. Thank you "
