"Nice place... friendly... rooms are big.. We had a suite but we got no daily news paper or fruit even though i mentioned it. The spa is not open and no mention of it till I tried to book a hairdresser and facial.. They helped to book at the Radison hotel nearby which is not the best place as the hotel is runned down andvover priced. Park plaza is 10x better and more modern. "

"This property is not a hotel but operating as function venue. Each night there are multiple parties with loud vibrating music being heard in the rooms till early hours of the morning. The staff are polite enough however our complaints of not being able to sleep due to the noise were ignored. "We had ants on our bed when we got our room. They upgraded us to another room, but it had stains on the bedding (lipstick etc). They left no towels in our room. Staff were very good about apologizing but unable to rectify anything in a timely fashion or at all. We asked for extra towels, after several calls and discussions and being promised they were being sent right away we sod not get them until the next day. My first negative review of a hotel ever. Restaurant staff were good. "
