    Ideally located and comfortable, you'll want for nothing in this apartment to enjoy the city and the ocean air! The apartment is located in a quiet, high-end, secure Miramar residence, facing the sea and next to Miramar beach.

    28 m² apartment located on the 4th floor (with elevator), this charming, tastefully decorated apartment features :
    - a terrace with a magnificent view of the sea and the Round Rock,
    - a beautiful living area with a top-of-the-range sofa bed (160x200cm) and a comfortable mattress (17cm thick),
    - fully-equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, hob, fridge),
    - bathroom with bathtub,
    - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing facilities,
    - TV,
    - direct access to the Sofitel hotel pool and spa (surcharge on site).

    → Outside of July and August, residents can access the Sofitel swimming pool for an extra charge.
