"We enjoyed our stay very much. Jetted tub was nice and hot. And clean. Fireplace was nice. Only come was that we weren't able to get any wifi during our 2 night stay which I understand being on a mountain. We still enjoyed our stay very much. Will definitely recommend and book again."

"The proximity, the interior layout, and overall site served our needs well. The available coffee arrangement was awesome, the entertainment arrangement was outstanding. The bathroom vanity light switch needs to be replaced, the kitchen window and front door window needs blinds, we had to tape plastic bags up for security purposes. Looking out, the right front windows once opened is difficult to close. Overall we are satisfied with the choice we made, and may look forward to retuning to the same location in the near future."

"This place was great , lots of space and comfortable furniture. Quiet safe neighborhood and walkable to corner deli, restaurant and gas station, check in process was so easy and Communication with host super easy and fast response. The hot tub was clean and ready to go for us which was cool , my family was so happy with the place we will definitely book again when ever we go up to Big Bear ."

"The home was super nice and clean and had a beautiful private back yard there was a awesome game room and they had a main bedroom upstairs with its own jacuzzi and a kids room downstairs with board games in the closet' loved the stay here and would choose to stay here again!"

The location was ideal—peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet still just a short drive to the lake, shops, and restaurants."

"The downstairs has had a remodel but the upstairs is still outdated besides the bathroom. I was excited for the TeePee and foosball table for our child but neither were usable. No propane for bbq. There were no cleaning supplies to do our own clean when we arrived as it could have used a once over. I let the host know and some were dropped off later that day. Beds are decent. Could use some improvements but overall this home is a decent deal compared to other prices in town. "
