“Needlessly complicated check in process - why did I have to supply my ID? There is no UK legal requirement for this and most places don't do it. The booking app has my details if anything goes wrong. My room (6) was in a dark lower basement, not listed as such. I asked for upstairs room which was available but it did not have a cooking stove. Decor bit naff but place was essentially clean and comfortable with proper bedside tables, and reading lights. There was an issue with the hob which I……

“Lovely apartment in Royal William yard, easy check in process. Lots of lovely eateries near by. The apartment is beautiful, the bed super comfy, the whole place warm and cosy. As in the description there are no curtains or blinds at the windows due to planning regulations - so if you're a light sleeper take an eye mask. The stairs up to be mezzanine bedroom are narrow and steep, not a problem for us but could potentially be difficult.”

“The apartment is spacious, bright, comfortable and clean. However, something could be better: the walls were stained, only three chairs but one was broken, washing machine was out of order, no wall clothes rack and few dishes and cutlery. Good position in a quiet neighbourhood, not so far to the centre, very useful parking behind the building and shops nearly.”

“The RWY is a beautiful spot and you can easily take the ferry from there to Cremyll (Cornwall) or round to Barbican which opens up access to all the different ferries and tours. The apartment was really good but some things needs to be attended to, the dryer option on the washing machine kept error in out so all clothes had to be hung on the clothes rack to dry, not the end of the world but inconvenient. The oven door isn’t closing properly so lets a great deal of heat out and the extractor fan……

“Photos showed a room with a view. We were allocated a basement room with no view at all. Noise at below parking level was horrendous. I contacted pure serviced to try cancel our 2nd night for a refund. Their response was to refuse , and to offer a white noise machine to combat the noise! If I could offer zero stars, I would. I will never book another pure service property again, & suggest you do the same. Worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of using. Nowhere on my booking did it state id……

“Overall experience is nice. We stayed in room 5 for 3 nights. It would be feel better if the walls refurbish, replace the old boiler and unusable cooking pan and pot. Also, the exhaust fan In the bathroom should be clean regularly. All the staffs are very nice and helpful.”
