“Very easy to find. Lovely host Sarah. 2 friendly dogs, Frank n Nim. So relaxing, a small cosy Conversion which is Very clean. Pub/restaurant a short walk via the village. Other restaurants a short drive. ”

“Overall, we had an okay stay, but I feel the property was overpriced for what it offered. The location was convenient, around a 30-minute walk or 25-minute bus journey into York city centre. Having on-site parking was a real bonus, as was the nearby supermarket. We also appreciated the baby gate on the stairs, and our children loved sleeping in the bunk beds. However, there were several issues that affected our stay. The property is advertised as a two-bedroom apartment, but in reality it has……

“The property was very well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was great, in easy walking distance of the station and other shops and facilities. I will definitely return.”

“Very clean and fully equipped lodge. Comfy bed, table and chairs settee and small tv. The property is central to all our needs, with great pubs, restaurants and an amazing air museum all within a short drive.. Evenings by the fire pit, are a must. We will definitely be back ........soon”
