The only issue we’ve experienced about our stay was the cleanliness issues. The whole place could do with a deep deep clean and small touch ups. I believe no matter how much money you pay, you should be able to stay in a clean environment. Apart from the cleanliness, our stay was great. The staff was great and helpful. Fridge was a fantastic bonus. We haven’t used other facilities like dining room etc but I know that was available. No safety on the windows, my son is 5 so he knew not to go near the window when it was open. The towels smelt of damp, which was a shame as the bedding was so fresh and clean. Maybe they need replacing. Lots of on street parking ! Hopefully these comments get taken into consideration. We certainly would consider coming back!

Location was easy to find, easy to park on the street and it was close to all the areas we wanted to visit. The property was clean and easy to access. The internet didn't reach the attic room but we weren't in the room that much so it wasn't a bother

The location for both the waterfront and for Liverpool One was excellent. The staff were very professional yet friendly, the room lived up to expectations and the breakfast was varied and well presented.

Needed more table space in the bathroom. Needed a bench or table to put makeup etc on in the bathroom. Otherwise very central to everything. Will definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

We had issues with the Bathrlom which was a shame as we use the Liner frequently. I have raised it directly with the Hotel and whilst l had an acknowledgement, l am still awaiting a response. So rather un impressed as l raised this on Sunday. But maybe l should have learned by the fact that l never had a response to my query about parking sent back when booking was made. Customer Service is certainly not great anymore.
