"Friendly staff however this can’t make up for the shoddy conditions of this hotel and the lack of cleanliness. And when you complain about the room they just tell you there’s no other rooms available.
Our bathroom door handle literally came apart from the door, shower had no curtain so the whole bathroom gets drenched, toilet seemed to be leaking so floor was constantly wet. Also no bathroom ventilation.
The rooms themselves are spacious but the lack of cleanliness and shoddy conditions let it...
