“Was in room 6. One of the chairs at the table looked like it had just been pulled from the dump.... Crazy gross! Sink had water squirting from faucet, all over the floor. The sink was also heavily leaking, leaving small pools of water on the bathroom floor.
Personally, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again based on the price point. You get what you pay for, and I was looking for a cheap room”

“Just a wonderful little town. We (4 of us) traveled to 4 Canadian provinces and we loved each one. Shelburne pace was just what we needed before coming home via the Ferry. It was so nice to settle in to this charming home. We were so happy to relax in such a nice space. Terrific communication with Dave! Thanks for everything…we’d love to return someday:)”

“We had Suite 1, with a lovely sitting room/dining area and separate bedroom.
There was a Keurig coffee maker, fridge and toaster. One large dinner sized plate, 2 bowls and 2 smaller plates, mugs and glasses.
The room was spotless and the bed was comfy and cozy. It's in a very quiet location. We enjoyed our stay.”

“We stayed here for the weekend for the Sea Me Run half Marathon and this place was perfect! Communication with the host was easy and efficient, and he was very accommodating when we added another person last minute. It is a huge space and all five of us had plenty of room. The bonus was how close it is to the water front. We would definitely stay here again.”
