My driver helped me to speak in german language on given number and someone shared the code through which the key was available like a pepsi can or anything in vendor machine. "The room itself was OK, and the "hotel" was not so difficult to find. The problem was access. I got a message in German, but not being German it was not of any help. I could see a code on it, I guess to access the hotel, but it did not work. I called for help, and the phone was answered and was manager was helpful. I was able to get into the building. "Room was great. Clean, warm and comfortable. Never saw staff but everything was communicated well. Batteries in tv remote need to be changed. Couldn’t use TV. Would stay again!"
