"The food was great. I had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and I enjoyed the meal. Overall, the staff was friendly, but I did not like the fact that the manager approached me for the bill but did not introduce herself. Also, I had a couple of days without hot water because the hot water heater is solar and it rained for a few days. Nevertheless, the views from the hotel were beautiful. "

"Stunning property and incredible staff. We had a wonderful week at Santosha. They took great care of us and made us feel at home. The food was delicious and property is beautiful. Very well kept with a little bit of something to do for everyone.The only thing we think could improve would be to talk to a staff onsite before the visit to have questions addressed by the team instead of someone offsite. The staff really made the villa special, going above and beyond to make our stay extra memorable. "

It ended up being one of the best vacations we’ve had as a family. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, which made planning very easy. The staff truly made the experience special. Our driver, Howard, picked us up from the airport and we ended up booking him for several local trips—he was outstanding and made getting around effortless. Nathalee, the main housekeeper and chef, was fantastic. She and the team arrived every morning at 8am to prepare breakfast and stayed through the evening, taking great care of everything. The service was warm, consistent, and made the stay feel completely stress-free. The views from the house are absolutely beautiful, and the setting is incredibly relaxing. Overall, it was a perfect getaway for our entire family, and we would highly recommend it."
