The Old Bank Apartments is a new and unique property in the heart of Blackpool town centre. This luxurious 2 bed apartment is designed to the highest quality, with stunning interiors and luxury amenities this property is perfect for anybody looking for short or long term stays. Each apartment provides fast wifi, secure access, Nespresso coffee machines, 55" smart TVs, Sonos sound systems, LED lighting and much more. You are right in the centre of town with everything on your doorstep!
The space
Welcome to The Loft! This stunning spacious apartment has a lofty and industrial vibe and sleeps up-to 6 guests. The Loft Suite is perfect for small groups looking to celebrate, for family getaways or for couples night away! All our apartments are designed and furnished to a high standard and each Suite has their own individual design theme.

Each lobby area has their very own selfie wall so guests can enjoy taking fabulous pictures (make sure to tag us in your pictures! )

This brand new accommodation will provide everything necessary for you to enjoy your stay.

Each apartment provides the following luxurious touches

Lounge areas with fully fitted kitchens including Nespresso coffee machine, dining area, 55” smart Tv, Sonos sound system, and led lighting.

Luxurious bedrooms with amazing make up and hair stations with hair dryers, full length mirrors, usb sockets with phone holders and Sonos speakers.
All our beds are king size with super comfortable hotel grade mattresses.

Fully tiled bathrooms with double vanity bowls, heated towel rails anti mist mirrors, state of the art showers and hot water systems and wall dispenser for shampoo conditioner and shower gel.

Ample storage for suitcases as well as ironing board and irons.

For the little ones, we have cots and high chairs available on request

Every apartment is different in both size and style and can accommodate small groups or up to 10 guests. Larger groups can reserve more than one apartment so the building can cater for those occasions where multiple families want to celebrate that special celebration. In total our building can house 40 guests.

Situated in the main Talbot Square, The Old Bank Apartments boast the No 1 location in the resort. Sitting next to the new tram line (opening this Summer) which will serve the rail station and the world famous golden mile promenade, the old bank apartments couldn’t be better placed for our guests to make the most of their stay.

The Old Bank Apartments are within a short walk of all the major bars, restaurants and clubs as well as the world famous attractions such as the Tower, The 3 Piers, The Sea Life Centre, The Winter Gardens and the Golden Mile.
Other things to note
Please note that the Old bank Apartments are situated on the upper floors of the old bank building and there is no lift serving the upper floors, so when making your choice please consider the floor level as per each description. Currently no wheelchair access.

Nice loft

We had a great stay at this London loft. The apartment was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and in a very central location, making it easy to get around the city. Charli was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.A few things to note: the building does not have a lift, so be prepared for several flights of stairs, especially if you have luggage. Also, the apartment is located between a nightclub and a bar, so on weekends there is very loud music until around 4am. Earplugs were thoughtfully provided, which helped a bit, but light sleepers may want to keep this in mind.Overall, a good option if you’re looking for a well-located spot and don’t mind some nightlife noise.
