Welcome to the Hygge A-Frame, your spacious sanctuary in the Pocono Mountains!
This expansive three-story 3,100 sf retreat comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests, making it perfect for family gatherings or fun getaways with friends.
Step inside and be greeted by breathtaking vaulted pine ceilings and an open-concept living space that flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen—ideal for cooking with family during your cabin retreat. The main floor features cozy bedrooms with serene forest views, while an upper loft surprises you with a push-through secret door behind the bookshelf!
The lower level is a playground of entertainment, boasting a comfy movie room, arcade games, and additional bedrooms for everyone’s comfort. Outdoors, gather around the massive firepit under the stars, or enjoy al fresco dining on the patio, complete with a BBQ for those warm summer nights.
With easy lake access just a short walk or quick drive away, you’ll have all the adventure you desire right at your fingertips. Modern conveniences abound, including smart TVs, a coffee station for your morning coffee and high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you connected.

Parking
only up to 6 cars (driveway) No street parking available within the community.
Guest Access:
Access by keypad entry off the deck. 3 Minute Walk to the Lake, 10 minute walk to the community park and beach. 5 minute drive to community beach
The Neighborhood:
There is plenty of room to park each car in our extra large driveway. Nearby attractions include but are not limited to: -Lake Sinca (2 minutes) -Wawa / Tesla Superchargers (3 minutes) - Jack Frost (10 Minutes) - Big Boulder Mountain (15 minutes) - Kalahari Resort (25 minutes) - Camelback Resort (20 minutes) - Great Wolf Lodge (25 minutes) -Jack Frost National Golf Course (8 minutes) - Walmart (20 minutes) - Starbucks (20 minutes)Greenwood Acres is a great HOA inside a private community with access to a beautiful lake ready for kayaking or paddleboarding.

**Important House Rules & Policies:**
1. Minimum age to rent is 25
2. Quiet hours are 10:00pm to 8:00am
3. Life jackets are required for all residents and guests who use the lake (kayak, boat, any watercraft)
4. Fireworks are prohibited
5. A valid PA fishing license is required to fish in Lake Sinca
6. Glass containers prohibited at all community common areas-Beach and Lake area, playgrounds, roadways, etc.
