8.4/10 Very Good! (1,002 reviews)
I booked this property online and had reserved a supreme king ocean view room…however, because we had a pet they put us in a queen pet room which reeked of pee! The hot tub was also closed! The pub and the continental breakfast were awesome!

9.6/10 Exceptional! (1,039 reviews)
You will have a great time here! All the front end staff are most friendly and accommodating, including in the spa where I give special kudos to lovely Amberly who gave me a top rate pedicure. All that was sadly missing were massage chairs. Every dish and drink we tried was tasty and well presented, but we sorely missed morning cappos and lattes, and highly recommend adding espresso machines! We were impressed with the appearance and cleanliness of the pool, hot tub, steam, sauna, and change rooms, just wishing the hot tub water were hotter. I must add that it felt odd walking to the aquatic area through the public lobby in bathrobe and slippers. Yikes. We sadly did not have an opportunity to use the mineral pool. Our top floor room was sparkling clean with a partial view of the ocean. We strongly suggest adding a light over the beverage area instead of having to turn on the bright overhead lights which are glaring for anyone remaining in bed or wanting a soft wake up. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and plan to return in the spring with friends. Thanks to all of you at the resort for your welcoming approach!

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,004 reviews)
The room was incredible. I don’t think I’ve ever seen in-suite laundry in a hotel room before. It was a full suite with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and bedroom. The balcony wasn’t the best, but aside from that, this was one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in.

"The location and views were amazing. The staff were lovely. The hotel is a bit tired and it looks like furnishing was removed from our room, leaving it a bit awkward. But a lovely stay and well worth it."
