I was at this hotel for maybe an hour, just long enough to find and book another hotel.
The room was absolutely disgusting. As soon as I walked in, I was hit with an overwhelming smell of Febreze. The bedding and pillows were damp from how much had been sprayed, it was obvious the excessive Febreze was being used to mask a strong odor. My daughter and her friend both started getting headaches from the overpowering fragrance. The air conditioner was caked with dust, and there was dust built up all along the baseboards as well.
I was extremely disappointed that I had to pay for this room, then spend even more money on a last minute hotel because my request for a refund was denied.
The front desk staff was friendly, that was the only positive part. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and the refusal to issue a refund completely overshadowed that. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

"Pillow cases were a bit raggedy and there were some stains on the sheets, hotel room just seemed worn. Parking is interesting, be prepared to walk and get a bit turned around. And don’t get a room with a “pool view” it’s so loud. Staff were amazing and kind."
