I had an excellent experience. Both the staff and the other visitors were very kind. Everything was spotlessly clean, and at all times, they offered to help me if I needed it. I felt very welcomed and comfortable throughout my visit.

We did enjoy our stay however the hold for incidentals I find is a bit high for a 1 night stay 500 but I disputed and the attendant reduced to 300 which is still high and we travel quite a bit so I am familiar. Also the cost of a MULE drink $20.00. We did not attempt to dine because the restaurant was extremly costly too. They dont allow outside food unless you eat in your room. Never ever heard of this. The pool was great we enjoyed. We were in the area for an event which is why we chose to stay here.

The most thing I was impressed was the check in staff!!! The lady call Jessy was extremely helpful and kind!!! Everything was perfect!!! My family and I had an amazing vacation!!! The towels were new and very clean!!! Also the water park well maintained!!!
