"Ice machines on floors 3 and 4 were inoperable and appeared to have been for a period of time. Parking lot need some work and is small for a hotel this size. Honestly the condition and cleanliness of hotel and rooms was great, no real complaints other than these 2 issues. B’fast is more than expected ..."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Melinda was amazing. Quick to respond to any questions I had. The location was perfect as we were attending a graduation in Wise. Home was clean and large enough for my family. Fully stocked with linens, beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. ..."

"This VRBO is fantastic! Three adults stayed in here comfortably and had plenty of space. The host was very communicative and has decorated the whole place with modern decor. The areas were clean and sanitary. Thank you and we will recommend to others!"
