I love LOVE this hotel. Best customer service hands down. Ganwic and Joey at the pool, Brian and Tamara at the front desk, and Shi at the hostess stand were all friendly, kind, genuine, helpful, and made my stay a happy one. ☺️

"Beautiful hotel located in the heart of downtown Kansas City. It was close to all the places we wanted to visit while we were there. Staff was great. My only complaint would be the parking was pretty expensive. I would suggest self parking but other than that the hotel is one of the best in KC."
