Overall the room was spacious, the view was nice, unfortunately it was raining so I did not get to enjoy the pool. The room could have been cleaner, some stains on the couch, the pillows were missing cases, and something was in the bottom of the tub.
We loved our stay!!! Everything was superb! The property is beautiful and very close to the Plaza!
Overall it was nice. They could update the room, particularly the bathroom.
I like the staff. Our floor was dirty and the room was dusty. They were going to give us another room. But the carpet was worst and the bed had lumps. Safe, clean, and fun environment! The room was really clean and the bathroom was everything. I usually hate hotels but the kids and I enjoyed this one. The pool was a nice bonus!
It’s a good, clean place to stay within walking distance of many restaurants and bars.
They offer a Ghost Tour every evening at 9PM. The hotel charges $20pp and it is simply some guy telling little anecdotes - hardly worth the charge. This is a unique service that should be free for a tip. It's definutely not worth charging for.
Hotel staff very nice and responsive. Environment very clean and felt safe in this covid time. Excellent location with many shops and restaurants to walk to.
