“第一次体验不同的住宿体验，感觉还是非常的不适应。酒店没有早餐，需要吃什么要自己做。酒店的吃住行工作人员可以帮忙代办，费用会比自己去订的要高一些，酒店任何配套都没有，所有的配套服务都是外包的，就是上门spa也是外面路上找来的人。这次唯一一觉得不错的，就是有一个独立的泳池，酒店并不靠海，所以这个泳池还是必须的。总之，之后不会再定了，心太累，虽然酒店给了电话和微信，但是他们并不是24小时有人在的，需要帮忙的时候，往往找不到人。”

“Superbe hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, la plage et la vue sont magnifiques. Idéal pour se reposer dans le calme. La chambre était spacieuse et bien climatisée, bien que le climatiseur semblait avoir un défaut car devenait très bruyant la nuit. C’était dérangeant pour dormir mais c’est le seul détail négatif. Sinon c’était parfait ”

“Our positive experience began before we arrived. The team organized transportation from the Krabi airport to their location. A driver was waiting at the exit with a sign… no stress travelling! We arrived early, they staff were very accommodating. As soon as the room was ready we were able to check in. Renting scooters from them was also an easy process. When asked if they could help us book a cab, the staff said they would be happy to assist for a small fee. Would definitely recommend! ”

“由于所在兰塔岛总体开发程度不如其他地区，所以酒店设施一般，泳池不大够几户带小孩的家庭嬉戏，酒店过马路对面步行5分钟是沙滩，朝右手边步行不到10分钟有个很大的7-11，光呆在酒店其实挺无聊的，适合参加当地其他的一日游项目。”

“酒店環境不錯，很寧靜，適合休閒。餐廳服務也熱情，就是菜品選擇不是很豐富。而前台的服務就比較令人失望，check in和check out的業務還算ok，但是有什麼信息需要咨詢的時候，就顯得員工什麼都搞不清楚了。試過一些簡單的方法解決，但是實際上并沒有幫我解決實際的問題，最後還是把問題丟給了客人自己來解決，這點很讓人失望。”

“God seng til de voksne. Ekstrasengene til barna var harde. WiFi er dorlig som ellers i Thailand. Området er fint og det har et eget badeland som ungene koste seg i. Frokosten på hotellet var ikke bra. Vi gikk derfor heller ned i veien å spiste måltidene der. Beliggenheten er grei å vi leide mopeder på hotellet å kjørte rundt på øya å utforsket det meste. Kommer gjerne tilbake hit neste gang vi er i området, men vil da heller leie oss inn på hotellet slik at ungene også får gode senger. Vi bodde……

“we had a great experience in Anda Lanta. All the descriptions are absolutely valid and we did enjoy the pool and the beach a lot. The staff are very welcoming as well and they offer all kinds of charged services including taxi, motorcycle or snorkelling. The staff were super patient as we found some ants and geckos in our room and they came to clean for is in the midnight. the location is a bit inconvenient as most activities/ restaurants which provides pick up service exclude this area so we……
