"Pros: The location was perfect. Close to all the sightseeing, but away from the crowds. In walking distance to restaurants, bakery and butcher. The house stayed cool, although it was very hot outside. Parking in a garage was available, which was so wonderful as the car was not turning sizzling hot. Big bathroom, well equipped kitchen, we loved it. Cons: Everything was fine. The railroad is close to the property, but it did not bother us."

Die Kommunikation lief hier noch persönlich ab - das mag vielleicht für den einen oder anderen ein Nachteil sein, wir haben uns mit den sympathischen Betreiberinnen aber bestens verstanden. "The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. Loved the balcony which has great views, and it's right at the foot of a mountain with trails to a waterfall. It's about 10 minutes' walk from centre of town where you can get buses and trains to nearby towns - free transport with visitor card supplied by host. There is also an excellent Italian restaurant in the same building! Would recommend."

There is also a refreshment area where they provide self service Hot or Soft drinks all day with a seating area. 10 minute walk into town, but there are plenty of good resturants and Bars nearby also. Excellent value for money Hotel. It was so relaxing we booked to stay extra nights. Will definatly be back. If Staying in Garmish this is definatly the place to be. ++++ "
