“The property was so clean, charming, and exceeded all expectations. The whole staff was so lovely and helped solve every issue above and beyond! We got locked out of our room and the front desk was closed but there was an after hours number that we were able to call and they virtually unlocked our door. So make sure you ask for that! And when our firewood took too long to be delivered, Vanessa generously offered to extend our stay an hour and refunded us for the logs. Melissa and Christine also……

“Very clean. Easy to get to. Listing as described. Bed and furniture are nice and comfy. Only thing I would add is a broom and dust pain and some Clorox wipes so guest can keep it neat. 5 stars! Very nice host. ”

“Easy access to the beach. Perfect weather. Nicely furnished and updated rooms and bathrooms. The gym is tiny- not much equipment. The location is perfect for Montauk and Amagansett. The staff were very nice and hard working.”
