"Extremely disappointing and concerning experience. During my stay, the hotel charged my account for items I never consumed. When I disputed this, they provided two conflicting documents: an unsigned slip and another with a forged signature that is NOT mine. To make matters worse, management is now harassing me with CCTV footage from a completely different time (March 3rd at 8:35 AM) to justify charges that do not match. They are using fake evidence to cover up internal security failures.
Even after the bill was settled, they continue to send messages instead of admitting their error. Travelers, BEWARE: check every single charge on your bill and do not trust their 'security' controls. This hotel lacks integrity."
