Boichinovtsi Vacations from $356

I was so disappointed that this hotel mis-advertised, the gym was not available as it is being used as a storage room. Breakfast was completely disappointing. I had booked a deluxe room and it was much bigger looking in the pictures than the actual size, my friends had standard rooms the same size, I am annoyed that I paid extra for the deluxe. The shower was very cramped and kept hitting my head on the handheld shower every time I turned. As my room was top floor, could constantly hear planes flying over.

I travel a lot for work and stayed here 6 nights expecting the kitchen to have some dishes (there were 2 coffee mugs and 2 glasses, one of which was dirty.) These were never changed or cleaned for 3 days, so I asked for dishsoap & a sponge to do it myself, but was told there was none. I had to ask for a spoon and bowl from the restaurant below (which was delicious!), but the breakfast was quite basic - fresh fruit was limited. They took towels I had hung up (meaning the “green” signs are not followed). For me - there are many better hotels with more helpful desk staff than this one. I won’t stay again, I’m afraid.
