Have every comfort of home in this great jumping-off spot for anything you’d like to do in Boise. Just a 5-minute walk to restaurants, the Whitewater Park for paddle boarding, surfing, swimming, access to the Greenbelt trail, and more! This clean and spacious whole-house rental comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests and includes both the main house and the basement apartment, giving your group the entire property to yourselves. With a private yard and hot tub, it’s a perfect setup for families or friends traveling together who want shared space while still having room to spread out. Please note: The main entryway is a locked, shared space used only by other guests staying on the property and by cleaners, as it provides access to the shared laundry room. Each unit has its own private entrance with keypad access Each bedroom in the main house features a King bed, along with a daybed and a trundle underneath for extra guests. The basement apartment includes one private bedroom with a Queen bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room (a single bed with a single trundle bed underneath), and its own separate kitchen. Bed linens are provided throughout the home. We want our Guests to experience the real Boise and have fun doing it. We provide SUPs, surfboards, tubes, and bikes, all accessible through the back gate, as well as a travel crib for babies. Please note that bikes are put away during the winter season. Just 3 blocks away from the Whitewater Park, you can relax at the beach, play in the water, and hit the Greenbelt (the 25 mile track that follows the Boise River through the city). One of the most desirable neighborhoods in all of Boise! The charm of the North End, the urban amenities of the West End, and unbeatable access to the Whitewater Park, Quinn\`s Pond, and the iconic Boise Greenbelt. Just a 10-minute bike ride to downtown, you really have it all right here! Boise West End is close to everything: 1 block to Coffee Shop (Alchemist Coffee) <5 min walk to the Whitewater Park 10 min walk to the Greenbelt where there are numerous coffee shops and restaurants along the water. 10 min bike to downtown or a $8 Lyft if that’s more your speed 10 min bike to foothills with over 200 miles of mountain biking/hiking trails. 15 min drive to the airport. 20 min drive to rock climbing at the Black Cliffs 45 min drive to Bogus Basin Ski Resort or Cascade Rafting and Kayaking. \* We ask that all guests to be respectful of the other tenants and to observe that after 10pm is quiet time for the property. \*There is a private patio for guests to use as well as a shared yard. \*Our House, Apartment, Loft, and Studio can be joined together for a larger group Rental. The Loft and the Studio are both Studios that can sleep 4 each. Please reach out to us with your desired dates to confirm availability. On entering, we ask that you kindly remove your shoes. The lights for the kitchen island is by the couch and the light for the downstairs bathroom is above the sink. My daughter is a student at BSU and it was her 21st birthday. I brought my mother to join in the celebration. When I say we both woke up after the first night and raved about how insanely comfortable the beds were, I would not be exaggerating. Besides that, the house is beautifully decorated with lots of cute details. It’s an older house but the mix of old and modern was perfect and cozy. My mother was bummed the day we had to leave. It is also super close to the water, which was nice on the 100 degree + days. The host was very responsive and checked in throughout our stay. Very kind and attentive. Boise downtown and river walk was super close. The home was large, clean, warm, and inviting.Living and bed rooms were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. We spent lots of time on the porch.Communication with the host was great. Next time we're in Boise we wont have to search for accommodations. We'd stay here agaim for sure. The yard needed mowing but we think the yard work wasn't planned before May 1 Great location close to everything. Clean.But the flooring in most rooms was an outside-type tile which was gorgeous in appearance but a little rough on bare feet. We wanted to hang there for the evening but the grass is all dead and the porch is not kept up at all. The house is nice, but overall feels like they furnished with the cheapest furniture possible. What earns it a 4 start is the location - loved being able to walk to the lake/river. ##### Tanis R.
