We were here a year ago when Luis and wife were present and giving a superb and excellent service, caring for the guests. Loved the place then.
Now it is my last choice on booking or recommending this hotel.
This place may be now under new management.
At time of check in was fast and no issues since we were here before. We solicited SPA and massage services for next day by noon.
For breakfast time next day we were asking to have our breakfast on our balcony via...

"Horrible, the workers are very attentive, the hotel is terrible, at 10:30 they turn off the lights in the only area they have for one to talk for a while, you can't be out of the hotel after 11 pm, a prison, if you want to pay to feel like you're in prison, this is the place."

The staff was mostly accommodating, though demands cash for extra services such as for snacks and dinner. A property making themselves available through 'Hotels' ought to be credit card friendly."

"It was a nice porperty but had issues with water. We were unable to use the shower, there wasn't any water to even brush your teeth. It was early between 7-8:30 am and no water only drops literally coming out. When we brought it up to management, they said that they had a large party staying at the property. This is unacceptable. In the shower, they had empty dispensers for soap. It should be one star for this reason. Breakfast was ok, be patient because they take a long time just to get the...

"It really is an impressive place, for those who want to be alone with their partner, enjoy the birds, the tranquility and the beautiful landscape in Colombia, this would be the ideal place. "We stayed here three nights. The staff is amazing. They have the restaurant on site with typical Colombian food, which was very good. This is a very tranquil hotel. Everything has been remodeled and is nice and clean. You are very close to the coffee park and many other attractions. We can’t wait to come back. "

"Wow. What a lovely surprise and amazing little spot on the rim of the adorable town of Filandia. Sierra Morena was a last minute decision we made after a cancelled flight and we soon realized we wished we’d stayed our entire time in the Cocora Valley area. Nixon - the GM - welcomed us with a warm smile offers of coffee and drinks. He gave us a tour of the property and shared stories of the surrounding farm land. The views are breathtaking.
Nixon’s brother Richard, the assistant GM, was a great help with getting us settled in our room and for anything we needed. He helped with our breakfast the following day as well. The brothers are classy and caring. They arranged a jeep - or as the locals call them “Willys” - to take us to town, although we realized it’s a short 10 minute walk to the main square.
We stayed in the “Panoramic Quad” room and its vistas are everything you see in the pictures. The weathered charm of the whole place makes you feel nostalgic, and the care being placed on its enhancements by owner Monica (she’s amazing) to be modern yet retro make this the only place you should stay in Filandia.
Oh, and I can’t forget the house mascot Fondella. (Or maybe Pandella). The sweetest kitten ever. Highly recommend.

"Excellent hotel avec des lits confortables, un bon restaurant avec une carte variée et une tres belle piscine. À 90 minutes del Valle des Cocora, 30 minutes du Parque del cafe et 60 minutes de Panaca. L'aéroport est a 10 minutes. Le seul probleme que nous avons eu est avec un autre restaurant de l'hôtel (pizza et pates) qui se reserve par le site de l'hôtel. Quand nous sommes allés à l'heure de notre réservation, on nous a dit que le restaurant n'ouvrait pas le dimanche!?!"
