"Lol, where do i start...there was so many issues. Everything we asked for when it came to lunch and dinner that was on the menu was not available or they ran out of. My room was "the quadruple mountain view" but there was no but trees. The bathroom was not in the room and also i asked for extra towels and they could not accommodate us with any new towels. The room was super tiny when we are a family of 4\. I will never come here again."

"We stayed in the Junior suite and had an amazing experience. Great layout with 2 balconies and a separate living room area for tv. Staff were extremely kind and always offered help where needed. For example, one day there was heavy rain when we were headed out to dinner and the front desk offered us an umbrella to borrow no questions asked! The restaurants on the lower first floor were excellent (Brayan and Sebastián were very friendly) and rooftop vibe was amazing at night with great music. We loved how tucked away this property was from all the Poblado/Provenza craziness but still close enough to walk. Will definitely stay again someday and recommend to friends."
