“There was a small issue upon arrival and the host very, very quickly resolved it. I was extremely pleased with their responsiveness and kindness. The house was exactly as described, in a nice location, beautiful, comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay again! Thank you for everything. ”

“The location was perfect for our stay in Wilmington, a few blocks from the waterfront and Downtown and its numerous restaurants. There was a main water break in corner of the street the night before our last, but it was not communicated to us, we happened to walk by it, so I sent a message to the property manager to let them know (so they could let the other tenant know as well) but never heard back from him/her. We had no water for a few hours. Another very negative point is that South Front……

Was not in a "fancy" part of downtown but we felt safe and it was an easy 20 min or so walk to the downtown waterfront area and a 5 minute drive to wedding venue which is why we were there.
